Camp Report - Young Rangers Extreme Adventure 2010

A well spent time. That’s the gist of the two-day camp for the Upper Primary students held at the Pre-school building last June 4 and 5. The campers enjoyed learning the basic survival skills. The camp proceeded in such a quick pace that a lot of activities were covered in one day. Among the events that transpired were: team building, land navigation, fire making, shelter building, and first aid lessons. The day ended with a spectacular display of talent as each team showed their skills in dancing, acting and singing. After the cultural show, some campers opted to watch a movie while others were busy cooking their barbeque.

The following day, the different teams were subjected to the final test. Each had to accomplish everything that they learned in the shortest possible time.
After the race, the closing ceremony was held. Several trophies were handed out to the different campers who exhibited leadership qualities. One team prevailed above the rest: Team Keruing was the overall champion.

A heartfelt thank you to all the parents for their constant support in the school’s activities. Likewise, special thanks to all the teachers who generously shared their talents to further develop the skills of the students.

Chinese Language As an enhancement to the school's academic offering, Chinese Language is integrated into our preschool weekly program. Children in these classes will learn the basic greeting & communication skills as well as enjoying Chinese songs and music.
